Put the spaghetti on the fire. By the time the sauce is ready, they should be cooked and thrown into a colander.
Add the olive oil and prawns to the preheated pan. Salt, pepper and fry them (1-2 minutes on each side).
Add the garlic, a little more pepper and cook for another minute.
Then add and melt the butter.
Add the wine, lemon juice from one lemon and the zest from it. Cook until the prawns are reduced by half or, in other words, until ready. Be careful not to overdo the shrimp, so that they do not become rubber.
When the prawns are cooked, turn off the heat. Add the cooked spaghetti, parsley, Parmesan and mix it all well.
