Instructions
  1. Sort the berries and rinse. If you don’t really like lingonberry bitterness, you can pour boiling water over the berry in a colander. Cover the cranberries with sugar and leave for 30 minutes to let the juice flow. If you use frozen berries, cover with sugar and leave until completely thawed.
  2. If there is very little juice, pour 50-100 ml of water so that the sugar does not burn during cooking.
  3. Add apples grated on a coarse grater to the cranberries.
  4. Put the spices. I used buds instead of ground cinnamon (2 pcs. for a third of the ingredients). Put the pan on the fire, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes, periodically removing the foam and stirring.
  5. Remove the cinnamon and arrange the jam in sterilized jars, roll up the lids and turn over for 5 minutes. They are stored for a year in a dark, cool place. From such a number of products, a little more than a liter of jam is obtained. You can pack it in small jars and use it as a Christmas gift.
  6. Enjoy your tea!
