Of course, I couldn’t resist and prepared this infusion not only from cherries, but also separately from apricots, and from a mixture of all the fruits that I found in the refrigerator. All liqueurs were successful. In the recipe, specify the ingredients for one serving.

Ingredients
  • 500gram Fruit(for one portion of the infusion is necessary 500 g of fruit pitted (apricots, cherries, cherries, plums, etc.)
  • 450gram Sugar
  • 750ml Dry white wine
  • 150ml Vodka
Instructions
  1. Wash the fruit, remove the seeds. Pour the wine into a saucepan, add sugar and heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Pour the cherries or chopped apricots into a saucepan and cook until the fruit is very well browned. I cooked apricots for a little more than 7-8 minutes, but it took a lot of time to prepare strong cherries. Accordingly, the liquid boils out more.
  3. Remove from the heat, pour in the vodka and cool completely.
  4. Pour the wine and fruit into a bottle (container), close it tightly. Refrigerate for 7 days. Since I boiled apricots faster, the blanks turned out to be about 1.5 liters, but the cherries cooked longer, lost more liquid and as a result about 1 liter of cherries went to the refrigerator.
  5. Strain after a week. I left fruit for a delicious alcoholic impregnation of any dessert for adults. Apricot brandy was exactly a liter, cherry brandy – 0.75 liters.
  6. The liqueurs turned out to be sweet, chewy, fragrant.
