Liver with Mushrooms and Onions Recipe

  1. Onion (1 PC.) cut into half rings. Add 2 tablespoons to the pan to passer the onion. Put the pan on medium heat and saute the onion until light Golden brown.
  2. Oyster mushrooms (3 handfuls) chop into small pieces.
  3. Add the oyster mushrooms to the sauteed onion and fry until Golden brown. Set the pan aside.
  4. Beef liver cut into thin strips, in my case, the liver is cut 0.5 – 0.7 cm. Wash the liver in 2-3 waters, flip it into a colander to remove excess liquid.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of flour to the package, add the liver straws, twist the package slightly on top and shake. Next, add 1 tablespoon of melted butter to the pan, add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, put the pan on medium heat, closer to quiet and heat. Then lay out the liver straws and fry for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Then add 400 ml of milk gradually. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that if you prefer thicker sauces, you can reduce the amount of milk to your taste. Then add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Bring the dish to a boil with constant stirring. Simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  7. Remove the finished dish from the heat, add the browned onions and mushrooms. Mix the finished dish.
  8. To stewed liver with mushrooms, as a side dish, you can serve mashed potatoes, pasta, buckwheat or rice porridge, etc. Bon Appetit!
