  1. Knead the dough from flour, water, 1/3 tsp salt and vegetable oil. The dough turns out to be soft, elastic and does not stick to your hands.
  2. To prepare the minced meat, cut the fish and onion into cubes, add salt, pepper and mix with 1 tbsp. mayonnaise.
  3. Divide the dough into 8-10 parts. For slicing, it is better to use ordinary wheat flour. Roll out each piece into a circle with a diameter of 15 cm and spread with a tablespoon of minced meat.
  4. Form a manta ray by lifting and pinching the dough in a circle.
  5. Mantoux is spread in a greased steamer form. And cook for a couple of 30-40 minutes.
  6. You can freeze it by covering it with a film. This is very convenient, because during the holidays, most of the time is usually spent on preparing salads.
  7. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, tomato paste and finely chopped pickles. Enjoy your meal!
