Instructions
Pour 150 ml of water over the sugar and put it on the fire. After boiling, cook for 7 minutes.
At the same time, prepare the gelatin. Pour cold boiled water, stir well and put in a water bath. Stir until completely dissolved.
Remove the syrup from the heat and pour the gelatin into it. Beat with a mixer for 10 minutes.,
Then add the acid, whisk for another 5 minutes, add soda and vanilla, whisk for another 15 minutes.
Squeeze out the marshmallows with a pastry bag and leave it to dry. 2-3 can be taken out, put in a bag and stored in the refrigerator.
