  1. Cream, whipped until “solidification” Soak the gelatin in water.
  2. Finely chop the apple and herring. Finely chop the dill. Put the gelatin in the microwave at 600 watts for 50 seconds.
  3. Yogurt, Mascarpone, herring, dill, apple and cream mix gently.
  4. Put it in a mold and leave to harden. Enjoy your meal!
