Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes until tender.
  2. Cut the cabbage into inflorescences and cook in a steamer for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Mash potatoes and cabbage into mashed potatoes, add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
  4. Beat the cream with a mixer until strong peaks.
  5. Add the cream to the puree and taste for salt.
  6. Beat the puree with a mixer until a homogeneous air mass is obtained.
  7. Serve as a side dish or as a separate dish.
