Meat Cold Cuts in a Pot Recipe
Delicious cold cuts. You can serve any side dish to it: buckwheat, potatoes, rice, pasta or vegetables, as in my case an omelet with vegetables. The number of ingredients is indicated depending on the size of the pan, they can be increased or decreased to your liking.

  1. Cut the meat into portions.
  2. Fry each type of meat separately in vegetable oil over high heat (until lightly browned).
  3. Put the meat in layers in a pot. Lay out the beef, sprinkle with salt/seasonings (I have Adyghe salt), then pork and seasonings again, and finally chicken and spices (I had seasoning for chicken legs).
  4. Cut the onion into rings or just large pieces. Cut the carrots into cubes or grate on a coarse grater.
  5. Put the vegetables on top of the meat, sprinkle with salt, do not mix with the meat. Pour sour cream on top. My sour cream is 18%, quite thick, so I diluted it with water and added a little salt.
  6. Close the pot with a lid, put it in a cold oven. Preheat to 200 degrees and simmer for 1-1.5 hours from the moment the oven is turned on. enjoy your meal!
