Meat Cold Cuts in a Pot Recipe
Delicious cold cuts. It can serve any side dish: buckwheat, potatoes, rice, pasta or vegetables, as in my case scrambled eggs with vegetables. The number of ingredients specified based on the size of the pot, they can be increased or reduced to your liking.

  5. Put the vegetables on top of meat, sprinkle with salt, do NOT MIX with meat. Fill the top with sour cream. I have sour cream 18%, a rather thick, so I diluted it with water and added some salt.

  6. Close the pot lid, put in a cold oven. Heat up to 200 degrees and simmer 1-1.5 hours from the heating of the oven.BON APPETIT!
