  1. Mix cottage cheese with minced meat. You can take any minced meat, cottage cheese will still give it the juiciness and taste we need.
  2. Add egg, salt, breadcrumbs to the minced meat. Knead thoroughly.
  3. Cut the brisket lengthwise as thinly as possible. And we put 2 slices in a cupcake mold, criss-cross, stretching a little and closing the bottom. Salt.
  4. Form cutlets from minced meat with wet hands and put them in the center. Put a piece of tomato on top.
  5. After lay out a layer of grated cheese (you won’t regret it)) and cover with the remaining brisket, hiding all the stuffing.
  6. We get high “cupcakes”, which we send to the oven, preheated to 180 *, for 35-40 minutes. 10 minutes before cooking, increase the temperature to 190 *. Take it out and serve it to the table.
