I offer you a meat salad. I prepared similar salads, taking recipes from the Internet, but each time I lacked the completeness of the taste. I experimented with the ingredients, and it turned out to be a salad that finally came to my taste.

  1. Lettuce leaves are randomly torn by hand and placed on the bottom of the salad bowl .
  2. Finely chop the onion and put it on top of the salad.
  3. Cut the chilled chicken fillet into cubes, put it in a salad bowl.
  4. We also cut the avocado into cubes and add it to the salad.
  5. Again, we tear the salad and put it in a salad bowl. Top with crackers and quarters of quail eggs.
  6. In the end, we spread the diced feta and in this form you can already put the salad on the festive table. You can add salt and pepper to taste, but I do not see the need for this, feta and mayonnaise will give the desired piquancy and taste.
  7. Just before the meal, add mayonnaise, mix and enjoy the taste! I do not recommend filling the salad with mayonnaise in advance, because the salad will not have such a colorful and festive appearance, and secondly, the crackers will soften and their pleasant crunchiness will be lost.
