  1. Cut the onion into half rings, carrots into thin strips, fry until slightly golden brown.
  2. Cut the beef into strips.
  3. Add fried vegetables, finely grated garlic and cucumbers to the meat, also cut into strips. For dressing, mix mayonnaise and mustard, add salt if necessary. Chill the salad in the refrigerator before serving.
