Wash the salad and dry it well. Slice the zucchini thinly, add a little salt and leave for a couple of minutes. Cut the mozzarella into pieces.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. To do this, mix tomatoes, herbs, capers, garlic, vinegar and vegetable oil put in a blender and chop. Season with pepper.
Put lettuce leaves, zucchini and cheese in a salad bowl. Place the sauce on top and serve.
