Instructions
Cut the onion into cubes and fry in olive oil until golden brown.
Add the thawed mussels to the onion and fry over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add salt and paprika and dry adjika to taste. Turn off the fire. Add the herbs of Provence and cover with a lid.
