  1. Spasserovat onion on two tablespoons of butter. Add the flour and fry for a minute.
  2. Pour in the cream and juice. Through a press, squeeze out 1 clove of garlic.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons with a mound of melted cheese, mix. Bring to a boil. Add the mussels and heat for a minute.
  4. Turn the oven on 180 degrees. Mix the oil at room temperature with the remaining garlic squeezed through a press.
  5. Spread the bread with butter and garlic and bake in the oven for 5 minutes. The sauce is incredible!
