Pasta with Mussels in Cream Sauce Recipe

  1. Thaw the mussels, rinse under running water. Lay out on pan, with vegetable oils. Simmer on low heat until then, until almost all the juice has evaporated (approximately 7 minutes).

  2. Grate the tomatoes. Add chopped tomatoes to mussels. Season with salt and pepper. Add a little Basil and 1-2 chopped clove of garlic. Simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
