  1. In the evening, soak the chickpeas in cold water, there should be twice as much water.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the vegetable oil and lightly fry the meat with onions until golden brown, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour boiled water over the meat, bring to a boil, put the onion cut into quarters and whole garlic cloves.
  4. After fifteen minutes, put the soaked chickpeas (without water, drain the water) and carrots, cut into circles. Let it simmer for about an hour on low heat.
  5. After an hour, put tomatoes, cut into six parts, bell peppers, cut into four parts, and cabbage, the size of a palm, whole (then you can take it out and throw it away, although we eat it, it gives your taste). Try it with salt and pepper, if necessary, add it.
  6. After half an hour, add the potatoes, coarsely chopped, like all vegetables.
  7. When the potatoes are cooked, turn off the gas (put the greens five minutes before they are ready), let them breathe for ten to fifteen minutes and pour on plates.
