Noodles with Zucchini Recipe
I came across this recipe on the Internet, and I decided to cook it, adding notes of my invention. It turned out to be an amazing, easy and quick side dish for dinner.   1. Wash the young zucchini, remove one strip with a vegetable peeler and use it to chop the zucchini along the entire length, grabbing a thin part of the skin. So, chop the zucchini whole without removing the seeds.
  2. Prepare the sauce: mix soy sauce with garlic, grated on a fine grater, add mustard and lemon juice. Mix it. If children will eat such noodles, you can add less garlic and mustard.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and put the noodles on it, stir with a spatula, fry for 1 minute.
  4. Pour the sauce over the noodles, add sesame seeds, salt and pepper, stir and fry for 1-2 minutes. Then add the grated cheese.
  5. Stir and heat until the cheese is completely melted. If you don’t like processed cheese, then sprinkle it on the finished dish.
  6. So our easy, quick and delicious side dish is ready! Serve with cutlets, meatballs, chops, sausages, etc. I served zucchini noodles with fish cutlets… whoo! Enjoy your meal!
