  3. Now you need to dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, and then roll in flour. You need to let the chicken dry for 3-4 minutes, so the flour will stick to the meat better and will not crumble in the pan.
  4. Now you need to dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture again, and then roll in breadcrumbs and let the meat dry again for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Put the pan on medium heat. Pour oil, there should be a lot of oil so that the nuggets are at least half immersed in oil. This method is called deep frying (a method of cooking products in a large amount of highly heated oil).
  6. You can check the oil temperature with a wooden spoon, a spatula or a Chinese sushi stick. If you dip a wooden spatula into the oil, it will start to bubble, which means that the oil has warmed up well and you can run nuggets.
  7. Fry for about 2 minutes on each side, but it is better to focus on the brown crust, because all plates and pans are different.
  8. Place the nuggets on a plate, on top of paper towels or napkins (to absorb excess oil).
