Instructions
- You need to buy a jar of high-quality sprats. I have sprats from the Baltic sprat. We prepare all the products that we need. Hard-boiled eggs. Finely chop the greens. I have been making this pate for a very long time, about 40 years, and for me it is best to put only green onions and dill in it. You will need a blender or chopper. Put the sprats in the shredder one by one, blotting the oil with a napkin. Added 3 tbsp of red canned beans with a spoon with holes to remove the liquid. Put a pinch of salt, a little pepper and poured 1 tsp of olive oil. Crushed until smooth.
- I put the pate in a dish that has a lid. Hard-boiled eggs finely chopped. In a bowl with the pate, put the chopped eggs and greens. Carefully connected with a fork. I tried salt and pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. Pate is ready. Eggs can optionally be crushed into a homogeneous mass along with sprats and beans. I like chopped eggs and greens better.
