Sprat pate made from whole sprats with the addition of red beans, eggs and herbs. This is a great snack, and will also serve as a snack for the holiday table and for unintentionally descended guests.

Put a pinch of salt, a little pepper and poured 1 tsp of olive oil. Crushed until smooth.
