It's pretty simple.
Fillet cut into 3 * 3 cm pieces, marinate in sauce mixed with chopped garlic and spices. 20 minutes is enough.
During this time, grind the oat flakes with a blender, mix with breadcrumbs, grate the cheese.
When whipping eggs, I use a little cold boiled water. For breading, mix breadcrumbs, oat flakes, grated cheese.
Next, each piece is dipped in an egg, then breaded.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the nuggets on a baking sheet covered with a mat or parchment. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
