Apples

Cucumber

Yogurt

Parsley

teaspoon
Horseradish
1
teaspoon
Mustard

Garden Redish
Salt
Instructions
Chop the dill greens and grind with a pinch of salt.
Finely chop the cucumber and radish.
Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater.
Mix everything, add horseradish, mustard, pour kvass. Add salt to taste.
Add yogurt to the plate.
