  1. Chop the dill greens and grind with a pinch of salt.
  2. Finely chop the cucumber and radish.
  3. Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater.
  4. Mix everything, add horseradish, mustard, pour kvass. Add salt to taste.
  5. Add yogurt to the plate.
