  1. Cook hard-boiled eggs in advance. Wash and dry the greens. To clean the mushrooms, we will use the advice from Nelly. In the bag, sprinkle the mushrooms with flour (1 tsp), then shake off the flour. Mushrooms are clean and dry.
  2. Chop the mushrooms and fry in a dry pan, 5 minutes, medium heat, stirring a couple of times. Cool down.
  3. Finely chop the onion and dill, grind with a masher with 1/2 tsp salt.
  4. Rinse the pusher with ayran or boiled chilled water. Cut cucumbers and radishes, add to the greens.
  5. Dice the eggs and sausage, add.
  6. Mix sugar, horseradish and mustard. Pour in the kefir, ayran, add the horseradish-mustard mass. Add salt to taste. Let stand for 20-30 minutes.
  7. Serve chilled, adding fried mushrooms, with boiled potatoes.
