Omelet with Vegetables, Cheese and Ham Recipe
This is a rather thin omelet, even egg-vegetable porridge turns out, but my family really like it. In Vietnam, somehow the chef cooked exactly the way I liked it, and I took this recipe for use.

Instructions
Ingredients.
Dice the pepper, ham and herbs. Peel the tomatoes and slice them like peppers. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Quickly fry the ham in butter, add pepper and tomatoes to it, put out until the vegetables let the juice.
Add eggs to this mixture, add salt and fry until tender, stirring constantly.
Lay out the omelet completely, sprinkle liberally with herbs and grated cheese.
