Green onions
Soda
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the eggs, salt, and sugar. Then pour in the yogurt and mix.
Add flour and mix thoroughly. And only at the end add the soda, mix well.
Cut the eggs into cubes. Finely chop the green onions. Mix the onion and eggs with the dough.
Put 1 tablespoon of dough on a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the pancakes on medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
