Put the spaghetti on the fire. By the time the sauce is ready, they should be boiled and thrown into a colander.
Add olive oil and shrimp to a preheated frying pan. Add salt, pepper and fry them (1-2 minutes on each side).
Add garlic, a little more pepper and cook for another minute.
Then add and melt the butter.
Add the wine, lemon juice from one lemon and the zest from it. Cook until the shrimp is reduced by half or, in other words, until cooked. Be careful not to overdo the shrimp so that they do not become rubbery.
When the shrimp are ready, turn off the heat. Add the cooked spaghetti, parsley, parmesan and mix everything well.
