Pasta with Squash and Melissa Recipe
Pasta (TORTILLONI) in cream sauce with young zucchini, parmesan and fresh lemon balm. You can take any pasta. Zucchini can be replaced with zucchini. Lemon balm instead of mint. A wonderful dinner. Fast, healthy and delicious!

  1. Boil the pasta in parallel with the preparation of the zucchini sauce. Cook pasta al dente (on the tooth). Prepare the sauce. Pour olive oil into a high saucepan, heat it up and put the finely chopped onion. Fry the onion on low heat for a minute. Cut the zucchini into thin slices. We send it to the onion, add a little fire and fry for a couple of minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Remove the zest from the lemon.
  3. The zest and cream are sent to the pot to the zucchini with onions. Let the cream evaporate a little.
  4. Lay out the pasta. Mix it. Let it simmer for a few more minutes on low heat. It’s done.
  5. Grate the parmesan cheese on a coarse grater. A small piece is enough for 2 servings or to taste. Cheese paste will not spoil! Lemon balm or mint and dry with a paper towel.
  6. Serve by putting the pasta with zucchini in a bowl. Sprinkle parmesan and lemon balm or mint leaves on top.
