Pasta with Squash and Melissa Recipe
Pasta (TORTIGLIONI) in cream sauce with young squash, Parmesan and fresh Melissa. Pasta can take any. Zucchini can be replaced with zucchini. Melissa for mint. Lovely dinner. Fast, healthy and tasty!

  1. Boil the pasta in parallel with the cooking sauce from the zucchini. Pasta cook al dente (on the tooth). Make a sauce. In a high saucepan pour olive oil, heat it and spread finely chopped onion. Fry onions on low heat for a minute. Zucchini cut thinly. Send to the onions, add a little fire and fry for a couple of minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
