Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
Boil the rice in salted water until half cooked.
Prepare the chicken mince. Chicken fillet cut into pieces, sprinkle with seasoning and grind in a meat grinder.
Heat a frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil (1 tbsp) and put the chopped onions (1 PC) and carrots (1 PC). Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
To the chicken mince add frying, salt and pepper, squeeze out 1 clove of garlic and chopped hot pepper, if you want to add some sharpness and piquancy.
Add the egg white, chopped herbs (I have dill) and mix.
1 tbsp. stir in semolina, salt to taste and mix everything thoroughly.
Zucchini cut into slices, h ~ 7 cm.
Divide the minced meat by the number of zucchini circles.
Cut the peeled vegetables: onions, carrots, garlic and zucchini pulp. Fry in hot oil.
Spread the rice in a greased baking dish.
Add to the rice frying and stir.
Put the zucchini slices on the rice and fill them with minced meat. Top decorate with large grapes "Isabella".
Prepare the fill. Mix the broth (or water) with 1 tbsp vegetable oil, sour cream, tomato ketchup and seasoning, salt and pepper.
Pour the rice with the sauce and decorate with slices of tomato. Cover the mold with foil and send it to the preheated oven before cooking.
The prepared dish sprinkle with herbs and serve.Bon appetit!
