  1. Remove the fish skin, bones, and fillet put in a bowl and mash with a fork.
  2. Add cream cheese and any semi-hard cheese grated on a fine grater.
  3. Add chopped herbs – dill and green onions.
  4. Add eggs, grated on a fine grater. Mix everything well, form balls, roll them in grated cheese and put them in the refrigerator for 1 hour or longer. Instead of cheese, you can roll them in chopped greens or ground walnuts.
