  1. Boil the millet in boiling water according to the instructions. Then remove the bag from the pan and drain the water. Fry 1/2 onion, diced, in vegetable oil.
  2. Cut the mushrooms (not large) and add to the onion. Fry until tender. Add mayonnaise and fry for 1 minute.
  3. Mix mushrooms and millet, add salt and mix thoroughly.
  4. Wash the peppers and carefully cut out the seed pod. Stuff them with minced meat.
  5. Fry the second half of the onion in vegetable oil. Add the tomato paste, fry until the butter is browned, add the flour, continuing to fry for another 1 minute. Pour in boiling water.
  6. Put the peppers in the sauce, cover and simmer. After 12-15 minutes, turn over and pepper and simmer for another 12-15 minutes, until tender. Turn off the heat so that the dish “rests”.
