  1. Prepare the pepper – wash it, peel it from the seeds. Grate the peeled potatoes and onions on a coarse grater. Stir, add minced meat, salt, ground pepper to taste, two tablespoons of sunflower oil. Mixture.
  2. Stuffed pepper, the rest of the filling is spread on a “roller” form greased with two tablespoons of oil.
  3. Put the pepper on top of the “pillow”. Sprinkle the remaining oil on top. Cover with foil and place in the oven for an hour and a half and 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 20-30 minutes until golden brown. It is very tasty with sour cream. If there is no minced meat, you can simply stuff the pepper with grated potatoes and onions. If you want a hearty dish, then the filling is potatoes in a ratio of 1:1 to minced meat. Enjoy your meal!
