  1. Cut the pepper into strips. Heat the oil and fry over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Then add the cottage cheese and fry for a couple more minutes.
  3. Add salt, pepper and finely chopped parsley. Finally, add the egg, still mixing well, and fry for about 2 minutes.
