Peppers with Cottage Cheese Recipe
A simple and quick dish is the Turkish home cooking. It is most often prepared for Breakfast or served as a meze appetizer before the main course. Traditionally, this snack is eaten by scooping up a flatbread.
Lunch Second Breakfast
Cut the peppers into strips. Heat the oil and fry on a high heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Then add the cottage cheese and fry for another couple of minutes.
Add salt, pepper and chopped parsley. In conclusion, add the egg and still mix well and fry for about 2 minutes.
