Perch Baked in a Spicy Sauce Recipe
For the recipe, I used a small, river bass. The sauce perfectly complemented the taste of the fish. Juicy, tender and very tasty. Cooking is simple and fast. Be sure to try it, I recommend it.

  1. Prepare the fish (I have a small, river perch) for baking. Clean and remove the insides, wash and dry on a paper towel.
  2. Prepare the sauce. Mix the processed cheese with mayonnaise and mustard until smooth.
  3. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, spread the onion, cut into half rings.
  4. Put the fish on the onion, add salt to taste, and top with plenty of sauce.
  5. Sprinkle dried tomatoes and dill on top. Bake in the oven at 180C, for 20 minutes.
