  1. Finely chop the onion and garlic, cut the potatoes into cubes, pepper into rings. I have red pepper, I didn’t find green.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan, fry the onion for 5 minutes. Add garlic and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in 1.5 liters of water or fish broth. After boiling, pour in the potatoes, bring to a boil, season lightly with salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Cut the fish into pieces.
  5. Put it in the soup with lemon. After 5 minutes, add the shrimp and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Remove the lemon.
  6. When serving, sprinkle the soup with coriander leaves and lemon zest.
