Pickled Pears with Honey Recipe
Very fragrant, pickled pears for the winter. Excellent as an addition to meat dishes or in any salad. They keep their shape, cut well and are very tasty!

Lemon juice
Instructions
Peel the pears and put them in a prepared saucepan with water and lemon juice. Put on fire and cook after boiling for 15 minutes.
Put the Bay leaves, cloves, pepper, and star anise in clean jars. Put the pears in jars.
Add honey, salt and vinegar to the water. Bring to a boil and pour the marinade over the jars to the top.
Sterilize the jars (I do it in the oven, all at once), seal with sterilized lids, let cool upside down on a towel.
Store in a cool place.
