Instructions
  1. Warm up the kefir to 35 degrees, so that it is slightly warm. Pour 100 ml into a separate bowl, add a teaspoon of sugar and yeast. Mix well and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. In the rest of the kefir, add sugar, salt, egg and kefir with yeast.
  3. Melt the butter in the microwave, cool and add to the yogurt.
  4. Sift the flour and add parts to knead the soft dough. Leave it in a warm place to rise for 1.5-2 hours.
  5. When the dough is doubled, divide it into portions, cover with a towel and leave for proofing, another 20 minutes.
  6. Prepare the berries. Wash and separate from the stalks. I have strawberries, raspberries and blackcurrants.
  7. Make tortillas from the dough and put 0.5 teaspoons of starch on each one. This should be done so that the berry juice does not flow out of the pies. Of course, it will still leak, but much less.
  8. Put the berries on top and sprinkle them with a teaspoon of sugar.
  9. Form the pies and place them on a greased baking sheet or pan, seam down. Dilute the egg yolk with a tablespoon of water, grease the top of the pies, and sprinkle with poppy seeds if desired. Let the pies stand for 15 minutes.
  10. Bake the pies in the oven at 180 degrees, 20-25 minutes until Golden.
  11. Bake with inspiration, and then summer will be delicious!
