Mix the starch with 50 ml of milk.
In a saucepan, mix the remaining milk, cream, salt, sugar and marshmallow. Put on a low heat and, stirring, cook until the marshmallow is completely dissolved.
Then pour in the milk with starch and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Then remove from the heat and allow to cool completely.
If desired, add food coloring to the cooled mixture and mix thoroughly until a uniform color is obtained.
Pour the mixture into a container and put it in the freezer overnight.
Ready-made ice cream before serving spread out in a container for dessert, garnishing with marshmallows and colorful sprinkles.
