  1. Mash the cheese with a fork. Squeeze the mushrooms from the brine. Chop the nuts. Mix in a bowl.
  2. Finely chop the greens and add to the total mass. Mix everything thoroughly. Cut the olives into 4 rings each.
  3. Cut the pita bread into 4 parts and spread the filling.
  4. Lay out the rings of olives (3 olives for each piece).
  5. Roll the pita bread into rolls.
  6. Lightly brown in a frying pan with a minimum amount of vegetable oil, you can even dry it to fix it.
  7. After cooling, cut into pieces diagonally and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
