Instructions
  1. Beat the soft margarine with 150 g of sugar until fluffy, then add vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and beat the yolks one by one.
  2. Sift the flour with baking powder and add to the egg-butter mass, beat well, and then add the poppy seeds. Mix it.
  3. For baking baskets, I took a silicone mold.
  4. Spread the dough into molds and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes. We check the readiness with a skewer.
  5. Let the finished baskets cool down and remove them from the mold.
  6. Peel the kiwi and grind it in a blender to a puree state. You should get 250 grams. Add 100 g of sugar and heat over the fire until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then pour in the gelatin and mix quickly until it dissolves. Kiwi loses its bright color when heated, so I added a drop of food coloring, but this is not necessary.
  7. Fill the baskets with kiwi and put them in the refrigerator to cool down. The kiwi filling freezes like jelly. Sprinkle the finished baskets with powdered sugar and serve to the table.
