Such delicious baskets are not difficult to prepare. They can be served as a dessert on a festive table, especially they will appeal to children, because the baskets are so bright and they combine several flavors-shortbread, chocolate, marshmallows and jelly.
Prepare the dough for the baskets. To do this, beat the margarine and sugar well with a mixer, add the egg, vanilla, add flour and knead the dough.
It turned out to be such an elastic dough.
Take half of the dough and roll out into a layer 3 mm thick, cut out a circle equal to or slightly smaller than the bottom of the form.
Roll out the remaining dough with a thickness of 3 mm and cut out strips with a width equal to the height of the mold. It is good to press the side part with your fingers to the bottom, so that the basket is whole.
Bake in the oven at a temperature of 200 g for about 30 minutes. Before baking, it is better to put parchment in a basket and pour small beans or peas, so that the dough does not deform, after 10 minutes, remove everything and finish baking.
Melt the chocolate and brush it with a thin brush inside the basket.
Put the baskets in the refrigerator to solidify the chocolate.
To make our dessert look beautiful and elegant, we will decorate it by smearing the top of the basket with melted chocolate on the outside and dipping it in colored sprinkles or coconut shavings, nuts, etc.
Put it to freeze in the refrigerator.
Now prepare the marshmallows. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, pour in the instant gelatin, leave for 10 minutes and dissolve in a water bath.
Heat sugar and water constantly stirring, bring to a boil, set aside the pan and enter the dissolved gelatin.
Now beat the mass with a mixer for about 5 minutes until the mass turns white and becomes thick. Then add the melted chocolate and mix.
Pour the mass into the baskets, this should be done quickly, the mass quickly solidifies, put in the refrigerator.
Prepare the jelly. Fill the gelatin with water. Bring the cherry juice to a boil, set aside and add the gelatin, mix well.
Leave to cool to room temperature.
Pour the jelly into the baskets on top of the marshmallows, put them in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
