Instructions
Cut the pork flesh into slices and beat it off with a hammer on both sides. Add a little salt and pepper.
Brush one side with mustard.
Put the bacon and cheese on top of the mustard.
Roll on the long side.
Roll in flour.
Next, in the egg.
And at the end in breadcrumbs. Fry in a pan on all sides until golden brown.
Then transfer the resulting schnitzels to a baking dish. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes. Delicious, both hot and cold.
