Very tasty and hearty casserole with meat and vegetables. The idea of the recipe is taken from the Bulgarian culinary website.

  1. Meat is better to marinate in advance. I was done for the night. Cut the meat into thin plates. Finely chop or RUB the garlic. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour buttermilk, yogurt or kefir.

  7. Last come the tomatoes. Put to bake in a preheated 200 deg. oven and bake for about 40 minutes.

  8. Pull out a baking sheet and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for another 20 minutes until Golden brown.
