  1. Wash the pork tenderloin, dry and cut into medallions. Beat off the meat on both sides. Salt each bite and season with spices of your choice. Let the meat soak for 5 minutes.
  2. Apply mustard to each piece of meat and distribute it over the entire surface. Then we turn the pieces over and do the same on the other side. The mustard will not only give the meat a spicy taste, but also soften it.
  3. Then we bread the slices on both sides in breadcrumbs.
  4. In hot vegetable oil, fry the chops over medium heat on each side for 2 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Spread the finished chops on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
