Pork Ham Cutlets with Mustard Recipe
Cutlets, the stuffing of which I will make in a food processor from pork ham with a little fat, with the addition of white breadcrumbs and mustard to the dough. Air, tender, thanks to the fact that I broke the meat into minced meat in the combine on a pulsating mode. For a festive presentation, I will fry them beautifully in a stripe on the grill pan.

In mode # 2 -30 seconds and in pulsating mode -30 seconds more. The egg is not added to the minced meat. All with white breadcrumbs. You can put breadcrumbs in the minced meat and breadcrumbs. I will beat the finished minced meat several times on the bottom of a deep plate, in which I will place it. I hit 4 times. The stuffing turned out great. I will send the minced meat to the refrigerator to brew, at least for 30-40 minutes. This way you will get cutlets that are ready to taste better! I form the cutlets with wet hands and roll them in breadcrumbs. I like small cutlets. I have from the amount of minced meat obtained 7 pieces of cutlets, weighing about 70 g.

Fry the first side over medium heat. Cutlets do not touch, so that the stripes remain beautiful. As soon as the cutlets are nicely browned, turn them over, reduce the heat to a minimum and cover them with a lid. Again, do not touch them, but check for readiness by puncturing them with a knife or fork. Do frying until tender. The cutlets will fry quickly. Cutlets can be fried in a normal pan.
