  1. Boil potatoes in a uniform. Cool, peel and slice.
  2. Broccoli to disassemble into inflorescences
  3. Cut the ham into pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the chopped potatoes, broccoli, ham, corn and half of the hard cheese.
  5. So that the hard cheese does not stick to the cheese and does not clog into the holes, the cheese should be lightly greased with sunflower oil. It is perfectly absorbed and quickly washed off.
  6. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the chopped garlic and flour.
  7. Stir quickly. Add the milk and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and boil the sauce for 5 minutes.
  8. Put the chopped vegetables in a bowl with hot sauce and mix.
  9. If desired, you can add finely chopped chili pepper. Mix it.
  10. Lightly grease the baking dish with sunflower oil. We put the vegetables in the form. Smooth with a spoon. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 g for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
