Peel boiled potatoes and grate on a coarse grater. Beat eggs in a separate bowl, smash with a fork and add to potatoes. Add milk, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg, half hard cheese and herbs. Stir well.
Form spread it with a piece of butter. Spread the potato mixture, sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes to form a ruddy crust. Bon appetit!
