  1. It is not difficult to prepare this dish, first thoroughly rinse 600 grams of potatoes under cold running water. Put it in a deep frying pan, cover with water and cook the potatoes until fully cooked, over medium heat, for 30-40 minutes. Check the readiness of the potatoes with a fork.
  2. Next, remove the pan with the finished potatoes from the stove, drain the water. Put the potatoes in a bowl and beat with a mixer. Then add the yolk, butter, milk and mix.
  3. Then add the grated cheese and whisk until smooth.
  4. Transfer the cooled potato mass into a pastry bag with a nozzle. Squeeze out the puree in the form of curls on a baking sheet.
  5. Place the baking sheet in a preheated 180-190 °C oven for 15-20 minutes, until a golden crust forms on the edges of the curls. Remove the potato rolls from the oven and place on a platter.
